NIO Equipment hydraulic power units provide reliable, efficient, and precisely controlled hydraulic energy for industrial equipment. Custom-engineered power packs, quality hydraulic pumps, and precision control valves ensure consistent machine performance, reduced energy consumption, lower noise levels, and extended component service life. Our complete design-to-delivery capability simplifies procurement and ensures system-level compatibility.
How It Works
An electric motor drives a hydraulic pump that draws oil from a reservoir and pressurizes it. The pressurized oil is directed through control valves to hydraulic cylinders or motors that perform the work. Directional control valves route the oil to the correct actuator ports. Pressure control valves regulate system pressure. Flow control valves regulate actuator speed. After performing work, oil returns to the reservoir through filters. The reservoir stores oil, allows air separation, and dissipates heat.
