The Nio Movable Dock Leveler is a mobile loading platform for places where trucks cannot back up to a fixed dock. Goods are placed on the 2000 x 1600 mm chequered plate platform at ground level (90 mm lowered height) and lifted up to 1600 mm to meet the truck bed. A 3 HP electric hydraulic power pack with a control panel drives the lift, and 500 mm flaps at both ends bridge the gaps to the floor and the truck. Castor wheels and a towing handle let the unit be moved between loading points, and a floor lock holds it in place while loading.
